Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the USPS service shown at checkout. Your total wait is the processing time plus USPS transit time.

We ship with USPS. A tracking number is provided for physical items once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are USPS rates and are shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
6. Digital goods
After purchase, we email you a download link or a zip file. No shipping applies.
7. Delays, damage and loss
We are not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by third-party carriers, so consider shipping insurance. If an item arrives damaged, tell us within seven (7) calendar days as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
